uLinkx aims at absolute privacy to its members. In the course of becoming a uLinkx member, users are required to key in certain personal information like username, password and email address. uLinkx declares that these personal information shall be used by uLinkx only to provide best services to its members. Under no circumstance shall these be shared with any third party or government,  unless legally required to do so.

uLinkx shall store all personal information in a cookie and release preference settings once the user has signed out. uLinkx and its host ( a third party) shall keep track of users activities on the site through their IP addresses. Whatsoever, the personal information shall still be protected and unshared.

It's imperative to bring to user’s notice that if any unacceptable activities are reported or comes to attention of uLinkx, the uLinkx admin has all the rights to deny services to the user and delete his account. In case the user does not want to avail uLinkx services and  chooses to delete his account from uLinkx, he can send a request to the admin at admin@ulinkx.com.

uLinkx shall try its best not to bug its user with unnecessary emails. However, under required situation the user might receive emails from uLinkx.
