Welcome to uLinkx. Our whole idea is to help uLinkx members make a difference in the world of Social Bookmarking which most prominently can be reached by accepting the “ Terms of Use”. If you are interested in flowing through the site without any hassles then the below stated  terms, rules, laws and regulations are a part of your commitment towards best use of the site and you are bound to the below stated “Agreement” by all means. It at all you are not willing to put forth your commitment and acceptance to the Agreement, then the best suggested course of action is to “REFRAIN” from using  uLinkx. Foreseeing some modifications in the “Terms of Use”,  uLinkx members are requested to update their information by regularly visiting the page.

1. Extent of Usage:

uLinkx users shall conveniently be allowed to access the site under certain limitations pertaining to the Terms of Use. The members to be, are expected to use the services of the site under the guidelines of the rules, regulations and  instructions mentioned. If case of any discrepancy noticed by uLinkx , at anytime and  for any unacceptable reason, uLinkx  possesses the right to terminate or deny the services and use of the facilities provided to the user as uLinkx member.

As uLinkx members you are required to understand and be aware of your responsibilities. uLinkx holds you solely responsible for all the activities performed by you while navigating through the site and its services.  uLinkx shall not be held responsible for any kind of opinions, comments, views, beliefs or advices made public or private. uLinkx provides no claim of accuracy of any user posted material or content. The uLinkx functionality facilitates the user by allowing posting of links to third-party web sites. In such cases, uLinkx is by no means affiliated or responsible for the third-party business conditions, terms or privacy policies.  The third- party web sites may have contents which may be inappropriate and offensive. In such a situation, members are requested to simply stop using the site and its services.

uLinkx provides its user to post the contents as per his/her decision to make it public or keep private. If its made public, uLinkx and other users are granted the permission to access and use it for required services, site and uLinkx business. The user can keep the postings as Private and restrict access to public, except to those who wants to grant the opportunity to access.
