Grand Oasis Cancun should be condemned

Pictures of this dump: http://share.shutterfly.com/action/welcome?sid=8EaM3DJo4aN1Y When we checked into building #1 at the Grand Oasis on Nov 1, 2006 we had the following problems in our rooms: broken a/c, moldy/musty smell (accentuated by the lack of a/c), plumbing problems (no hot water, brown/yellow water, broken or clogged toilets), wet floors (due to leaks from the ceiling, sliders, sinks, toilets, and broken fridges/minibars) and plaster on the floor that fell from the ceiling. There was also construction going on all day, beginning early in the morning, in 4 of their 5 buildings. They are not making repairs to the dilapidated buildings, but instead are adding on additional floors. I was on the 3rd floor of building #1 and there was construction going on right above my room on the 4th floor. This is a video of the construction sounds on the floor above, while guests are occupying the rooms. Please pass this on and make sure others know about the conditions at the Grand Oasis/Oasis in Cancun Mexico.
