This PAL twin otter crashed at Goose Bay airport after this take off. Shown taking off the dock as it had it's floats removed and had landing gears installed. On take off you can see the landing gear had hit an object on take off. The landing gear collapsed on landing. No injuries. Aircraft was heavily damaged.
