Ailee is the Truth....Singing Fantasia's Truth is

As a producer I get to shape music into its final form. This career is particularly rewarding when working with a vocalist whose voice is as pure and captivating as Ailee's is. Her acapella version of "Truth is" on YT gave me the chance to work across the miles with this extraordinary singer and put together a full original production behind her voice. My only disadvantage was that her webcam had some background noise that was hard to reduce. All music in this vid was created by ear and memory.. in fact I don't have a copy of the original Fantasia tune. I used a MPC2000 for creating the drum track along with some loops from my Logic and ProTools collection. I also used the Korg Triton for the Piano and synth sounds. And a Nord Lead for the Synth Sub-bass. I sang back vox behind Ailee and I performed the rap at the end of the vid. Ailee's voice is one of the most soulful I have encountered both on and off YT. Her rendition of 1000 words is very moving if you haven't heard it yet check her vid listing or bolo2002s listings. Hope you enjoy the vid.
