A Legal Statement to YouTube Admin and Copyright Dept

On Feb 3rd, 2007, three copyrighted videos produced by Hypno-Systems UK were disabled by YouTube administration due to alleged copyright violation. As the videos contained no infringing material at all (they were my own material, produced by strictly legal means using my own copyrighted audio material), I am following YouTube's guidelines for filing a counter-claim at this time. I am sure however that no YT user to date has chosen to make an abbreviated video version of the soon to be sent affidavit. May this upload constitute a happy precedent!
