Hwy 9 north of Santa Cruz, Sunday morning, 7am, before the MotoGP race. Passing a slow diesel pickup at over 70 in a 30 zone. At one point in the middle of the pass you can see 77 mph indicated whilst riding in the oncoming traffic that happens to be 2 CHP cruisers. For the record, they didn't even flinch or look or hit the lights. I didn't wait around to find out...
